10. Anti-Fraud Policy

11. Depositing Funds

12. Withdrawals

13. Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of transaction or within 30 days for unauthorized account access.
Refunds may be processed only up to the deposited amount. Excess amounts will be paid via other available methods. Bonus funds are excluded from refunds.
Verification documents are required for all refund requests. All costs related to refunds are borne by the player.
14. Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12 months are considered dormant. A 25 AUD monthly fee may be applied until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
15. Expiry of Claims
Any legal claim must be submitted within one year from the date of the cause.
16. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted via customer support. Only the account holder can initiate a complaint. Disputes are escalated internally when necessary.
If a dispute arises, server logs are the final authority. If results differ between player interface and server logs, the latter shall prevail.
17. Non-Transferability
Rights and claims related to the use of the Casino or account funds are non-transferable. This includes any form of sale, gifting, or third-party management.
